The easiest of the 7 1/2 habits for me is play - when I've learned something new I can become totally entrenched in perfecting the new craft or whatever I've learned. I've recently been working with some of the novelty yarns and have had to slow down and take my time - for me it was as if I were learning something new.
The hardest of the 7 1/2 habits for me is teach/mentor others. I wish we had a mentoring program within LCPL. There are so many things to share with co-workers but there is so little time to do so.

staff
Some of the Cascades staff is all a-buzz about Learning 2.0. It is interesting seeing staff talking about what thing they are on and helping each other with the different things.
Although we do learn each day the 7 1/2 habits and the learning plan are great reminders. In our rush-rush everyday we tend to close ourselves off to the learning process.

first day
It has been an interesting first day for Learning 2.0 here. There is one staff who has encountered a computer issue trying to listen to Doug's podcast that DIT is still looking into. Some staff is disappointed that thing 2, etc. aren't availble today; plus, there have been questions about recording progress through the "things".
